Mike has in excess of 40 years experience of the full range of criminal cases. Mike established Garstangs in 1988 and since then Garstangs became one of the North West’s foremost criminal defence practices. Garstangs very quickly established a London presence where Garstangs were involved in the representation of some of the country’s most high profile fraud cases prosecuted by the Serious Fraud Office, the Crown Prosecution Service, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs Investigations Team and the Financial Services Authority.
