On Thursday 1st October 2015 a ten strong team from Olliers will be donning trainers and walking boots to take part in this year’s Manchester Legal Walk.
North West Legal Support Trust
We will be walking alongside people from across the legal profession to raise funds for the North West Legal Support Trust. The Trust supports the work of charities providing free legal advice to vulnerable people. This work is more important than ever as over the past few years there have been very significant cuts in funding to advice centres at a time when more and more people are needing to access their services.
This year’s 10km Walk around Manchester celebrates the 800th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. The Great Charter set out the right to access to justice which is a right that remains vital today.
