“Olliers has represented clients in six murder cases in the past year. In one matter, in which the prosecution brought the case on the basis of joint enterprise, the firm’s client was acquitted.

Its lawyers have defended clients in several multimillion-pound fraud cases and the National Trading Standards Team’s biggest prosecution. It has also worked on various serious sexual offence cases in the Crown Court.

Olliers has acted for several defendants in large-scale drugs conspiracies, including county lines investigations. In one trial, Olliers’ client was the only defendant of ten to be found not guilty.

In a multi-handed prosecution for conspiracy to defraud, Olliers’ client is so far the only one of eight defendants to be acquitted. The judge ruled that the evidence against the firm’s client was too weak and that the defendant had no case to answer. The trial against the remaining defendants continues.”
