Olliers Solicitors have today successfully represented a client at the Court of Appeal in relation to an appeal against sentence. Our client received a custodial sentence of 7 years 2 months in February for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs as part of Operation Tahiti which was a large scale drugs operation set up following the arrest of Dale Cregan for the murder of two police officers in September 2012.
This sentence was today successfully reduced to 5 years 8 months at the Court of Appeal.
Michael Brady of 18 St John Street Chambers represented and was instructed by Anton Patton of Olliers.
