Olliers is a specialist criminal defence firm. We represent people facing the full range of criminal allegations from arrest through to trial. We understand the pressure a criminal allegation can place upon an individual, particulary a lengthy investigation, especially if assets have been restrained.

We are very experienced at dealing with large scale and complex cases whether they be serious police prosecutions brought by specialist teams within the Crown Prosecution Service, or prosecutions led by the Serious Fraud Office, Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office, the DTI or Trading Standards Departments.

We have five partners and 17 solicitors in total. We also have a number of Legal Executives and experienced Case Managers. Six of our solicitors are Higher Courts Advocates and a number specialise in Asset Recovery.
