Aimee Darbyshire Ellison

Aimee joined Olliers in 2023 as a member of the support team. Enabling her to gain valuable practical experience, whilst at the same time completing her Legal Practice Course.

Aimee is now a Trainee Solicitor and Accredited Police Station Representative; she is a key Member of the Olliers Team. As a member of our new enquiries team Aimee provides a knowledgeable, safe and empathetic environment and perspective for potential new clients.

Aimee is involved in a broad range of case work in Pre-Charge, Magistrates and Crown Courtcases. She has worked alongside Senior Solicitors on several complex pre-charge cases as well as assisting with several Serious Crown Court Cases involving Sexual Offences, Domestic allegations and Indecent Images.

Aimee has experience in Ancillary cases, having worked on both Fare evasion matters and applications for disposal of Sexual Harm Prevention Orders.

Aimee is supervised by Toby Wilbraham and has completed both our internal Pre-Charge Accreditation and our Crown Court Accreditation.
