SARGEANT, NEIL

Neil graduated from Liverpool, John Moores University in 2005 having studied Law and Criminal Justice.

Following a brief period with the Crown Prosecution Service, he soon realised that his interests lay in criminal defence work and joined one of the largest firms that specialises solely in motoring law in February 2008. During this period, he developed genuine expertise in the field of motoring law and became one of the core members of the team, often responsible for training new staff in its technicalities and loopholes.

Neil soon accrued one of highest success rates in the firm which acted as testimony to his ability. Neil became a trusted and reliable colleague, with clients praising him for both his expertise and client care.

Neil brought his expertise to Olliers in June 2011 and whilst he specialises in all motoring offences, he has a particular interest in alcohol related allegations which is where his expertise truly excels (having not lost an alcohol related allegation for at least 2 years). He has developed and maintained professional relationships with some of the country’s leading expert witnesses and barristers who have applauded him for the thoroughness of his preparation. Neil utilises all of his attributes and leaves no stone unturned to help build the strongest case possible for all clients.
