TRACY GIBBON

Tracy joined Olliers in 1999 and has 18 years experience in the defence of serious criminal cases and in the last 5 years  in the defence of substantial HMRC prosecutions.

 

In terms of serious crime Tracy has acted in countless murder trials with notable successes.  She has been involved in substantial drug conspiracies, terrorist cases and more recently a number of people smuggling cases.  She has a particular interest in the defence of undercover operations, with particular reference to RIPA 2002. 

 

As far as HMRC cases are concerned Tracy has been involved in a number of large scale MTIC/Carousel Frauds and also general VAT Evasion.
