TIM MCARDLE

 

Tim joined Olliers in 2005 qualifying as Solicitor in 2008.

 

Since joining the firm Tim has gained experience in a broad range of areas.  He has worked on a large scale fraud cases but also allegations involving serious crime including murder, rape and a variety of sexual offences. 

 

Tim has also had involvement in a substantial caseload of prison law matters advising on a range of issues including Parole, Recall, IPP’s, Appeals against Conviction and Sentence and he regularly represents prisoners at adjudications.
