STACEY MABROUK

Stacey joined the firm in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.

Since joining the firm Stacey has specialised in the defence of substantial HMRC prosecutions, together with a number of other fraud prosecutions, including several involving fraud against various Health Authorities.

Stacey has experience of large scale MTIC/Carousel Frauds and has particular expertise in the financial and transactional elements of these cases.

Stacey also has experience in the defence of a range of prosecutions brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, including murder, drugs conspiracies and conspiracy to defraud. 

As well as being a member of The Law Society Stacey is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
