RICHARD HOLLIDAY

PARTNER

Richard qualified in 1990 joining Olliers in 1997 and becoming a Partner in 1999.

Richard is a Higher Court Advocate and specialises in Commercial Fraud and HMRC related work. He also has considerable experience in dealing in terrorist matters with regard to investigations,prosecutions and Control Orders in the High Court.

 

Richard has responsibility for supervising a department that continues to be instructed in some of the country's  major HMRC investigations.  Current involvement involves Operation Euripus, (claimed to be the largest HMRC prosecution ever), Gelling and Vaulter (investigation ongoing). 

Few lawyers have comparable experience of MTIC/Carousel Fraud defence work.

 

As well as being a member of The Law Society Richard is a member of the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association, the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers, and the Solicitors Assocation of Higher Court Advocates.
