RACHEL DARLINGTON

Rachel joined Olliers in 2008.  Rachel is a special caseworker with over 15 years experience in criminal defence work,notably at Maidments Solicitors and Jones Maidment Wilson Solicitors.

 

Rachel's experience straddles both serious crime and fraud.

 

In terms of fraud cases,Rachel has defended substantial commercial frauds, SFO prosecutions and been involved in a number of missing trader/MTIC frauds.

 

Rachel's serious crime experience includes allegations of murder, drug importation and conspiracies,firearms offences and serious sexual offences.
