AMANDA LONG 

 

Amanda joined Olliers in 2001.  Amanda is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 18 years experience in the defence of large scale fraud and HMRC prosecutions. 

 

Amanda has acted in a number of SFO prosecutions, prosecutions brought by the CPS, The Department of Trade and Industry as well as HMRC.

Amanda has acted in the High Court and Court of Appeal in relation to complicated Receivership matters and dealt with numerous Restraint and Access Orders. 

 

Amanda has acted in some of the largest MTIC/Carousel Frauds of recent years with some notable success. 

She has also dealt with serious crime including terrorism cases.
